(1) The insurer shall publish the balance sheet and profit and loss account of all its business related to insurance business within six months after the end of each financial year and submit a copy thereof to the committee. If an application is made for extension of the deadline by showing good reason for not being able to submit the calculation of the loss to the committee, the committee can extend the deadline by one month.
